This piece is about overcoming an addiction to chasing highs. Finding regulation within routine has brought me to a place of productive serenity. I have replaced chasing highs with a need for stability and control. I miss the highs, but I have found a constant peace reflecting a greater beauty within the stability of the lows. Hence the beautiful reflections in the repeating valleys between the repeating mountains.
